Why won’t my Micro connect over BT?
To enter communication mode please • Hold the touch button for 3 seconds (the Micro's underglow will turn blue, indicating BLE mode) • Tap again the sensor to cycle through BLE channels 1 / 2 / 3 • A 4th tap will trigger WIRED mode (underglow turns white)
What do I do if my Micro won’t turn on/off/frozen?
If you Micro freezes, or will not turn on/off, a soft reset will fix it. Read more about Soft reset on the setup page.
Why isn’t my radial menu popping up on screen?
Since Input is in charge to show the radial menu on your desktop, you need to have it running in background. If you kill Input process, the radial menu will not be showned (but all the actions will still works). If you have another Work Louder product runnig on Input like a Nomad or a Knob, be sure to click on the enter the Creator Micro space before closing the app. Input will read the Creator Micro as active device and will render the radial menu on your desktop.
