Cancellations of pre-orders are permitted; however, the following conditions apply:
- More than 90 days prior to the expected fulfillment date: customers are entitled to a full refund of the order amount.
- Within 90 days of the expected fulfillment date: cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total order value, as production and inventory allocations will have been committed to our manufacturing partners at this stage.

Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect all items immediately. If any product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are required to notify us without delay so that we may assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
IN-STOCK ITEMS
Returns/exchanges/part replacement (at our discretion after examining the problem) are available within 30 days of purchase for major issues/failure only (no minor defect). Read below what are major defect.

Due to the nature of manufacturing processes and methods used, minor defects may be present in the end product.

Orders placed during live streams, promotional events, or special campaigns (including, without limitation, “Deal or No Deal,” “Spin the Wheel,” or comparable promotional activities) are deemed final sale. Such orders are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Participation in these promotions does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome, reward, or prize, and all associated purchase obligations remain binding.
Items provided free of charge or as part of a promotion, giveaway, or gift are also not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or store credit.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of any free or gifted item, unless otherwise stated by Work Louder in writing.

RETURN / EXCHANGES
You must obtain pre-approval before sending any return or exchange. To begin the process, contact hello@worklouder.cc for authorization and instructions. Any item sent without prior approval may be refused or deemed ineligible for refund.
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. When preparing your return, the declared customs value must not exceed USD $10. If it does, any resulting duties, or import fees, will be deducted from your total refund.
Orders valued at under USD $200 are subject to a flat restocking fee of USD $30. Orders valued at USD $200 or more, are subject to a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total order value. For orders shipped within the United States or Canada, the restocking fee includes a prepaid return shipping label.

If your returned product is found to have a hardware-related issue that qualifies as a Major defect (as defined in the Damages and Issues section), Work Louder will reimburse up to USD $50 in shipping expenses upon submission of a valid receipt or proof of payment.
Products exhibiting Minor defects, or issues related to software/ firmware, can still be returned for inspection, or replacement, if requested. However, such returns do not qualify for free, or subsidized shipping, and remain your responsibility.
Work Louder is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during return transit. You are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping method when sending returns.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If for whatever reason the original payment method cannot be refunded, a refund will be sent to a PayPal account of your choice, no other payment method are accepted.
