The integrated pomodoro timer leverages a scientifically proven work/rest methodology that is adaptable to any workflow – empowering you to accomplish more in less time
A 2018 study published in the Journal of Applied Biobehavioral Research found that the work/rest methodology, known as the Pomodoro Technique, was effective at reducing procrastination and improving time management skills significantly.
The concept is simple. Work for 25 minutes, rest for 5, repeat. Once you’re in the zone, dial in the work/rest intervals to fit your particular flow state.
